Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Combine the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is well mixed.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Pour half of the prepared sauce over the salmon fillet. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse the fish.
  3. Bake the Salmon: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or casserole dish with foil and place the marinated salmon on it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
