Welcome to https://heutigemahlzeiten.com
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect our rights.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized representatives may send us a takedown notice through our designated DMCA agent as described below.
As an internet service provider, we are entitled to rely on the “Safe Harbor” provisions of the DMCA.
To file a valid copyright infringement complaint, you must send us a notice containing the following information:
Notice of Copyright Infringement – Complaint
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner);
- Identification of the copyrighted work that is allegedly being infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material along with sufficient information for us to locate it (please provide the URL of the page in question);
- Sufficient contact information so we can reach you – including name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) if you knowingly make false claims regarding copyright infringement.
All takedown notices should be submitted via our contact page.
We strongly recommend sending notices by email for faster processing.
By submitting a complaint, you acknowledge and agree that we may forward your notice and contact information to the alleged infringer.
Counter-Notice – Restoring Material
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- A description of the content that was removed and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to an error or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court (or any U.S. court district if you are outside the U.S.) and will accept service from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Counter-notices should also be submitted via our contact page.
Email is preferred to ensure timely processing.
Policy for Repeat Infringers
