- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Set Up the Oven and Boil Pasta: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside to cool.
- Cook the Seafood: Warm olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Then add the crab meat along with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, one cup of shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, and heavy cream. Stir thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking. Lay down a layer of lasagna noodles, spread a portion of the cheese mixture over the noodles, then add some of the cooked seafood. Drizzle with more Alfredo sauce. Repeat layering two more times, finishing with noodles topped with Alfredo sauce.
- Add Toppings and Bake: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese, the rest of the mozzarella, and the breadcrumb topping evenly over the top. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden brown.
- Rest and Serve: Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes after removing it from the oven. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired before serving.
